I fell in love with graphic design at a small boarding high school just outside of Asheville, North Carolina. I joined the yearbook club on a whim, and when the acting editor wasn't up to snuff the sponsor assigned the role to me. I spent the next three years learning the ins and outs of InDesign and the print production process.
It was an easy decision for me to study graphic design in college. I never wanted to do anything else. Four years of study later, I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's in graphic design and a minor in entrepreneurial management.
I spent my school years working in roles that diversified my experience: print production and design assistant, communications assistant, and marketing leadership intern. I also worked on freelance projects along the way. My years in communications and marketing mean that I'm great at content creation and advertising, but graphic design remains my true passion.
I'm currently looking for opportunities to dive deeper into design and to further my skill set. My door is open, so stop by and say hello.
